Tanya Whitebits Community Events – Cancellation & Refund Policy
To ensure our community events run smoothly for everyone involved, please take a moment to read our cancellation and refund terms below.
Payment & Booking
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• Spaces are limited, and your booking helps us plan catering, resources, and setup for the day.
Cancellations
• Within 48 hours (2 days) of the event: bookings are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date.
• 7+ days before the event: bookings are eligible for a full refund (minus a £2 administration/transaction fee).
• Between 3-6 days before the event: unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds, but you may transfer your ticket to another person if you notify us in advance.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
• Our community events go ahead in most weather conditions. However, in the rare case of severe weather (e.g. strong winds, storms) or other unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, safety issues), we may need to cancel or postpone.
• If we cancel the event, you’ll be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a rescheduled date.
• Refunds or credits are not issued for mild or unfavourable weather if it is deemed safe to proceed.
If We Cancel
On rare occasions, we may have to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case:
• You’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
• We’ll notify you as soon as possible using the contact details provided at booking.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To request a cancellation or transfer, please contact us with the following details:
