As soon as we accept your order, you will automatically receive an email to state that your order has been shipped. This means the order has either been shipped there and then or has been scanned to ship in the next 24 hours.

We deem items to be ‘lost’ if you have not received them after 15 working days of them being sent. Our enquiries can take up to 7 working days as a trace will need to be issued to track your goods.
