About

Join us for a relaxed and creative evening of pottery painting in Conwy, designed for anyone who loves to unwind, connect, and create. This special March Community Event is hosted by the Tanya Whitebits team and is perfect for beginners and budding creatives alike.

Spend the evening painting your own ceramic piece while enjoying a complimentary drink and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re creating something for yourself or a meaningful handmade gift for a loved one, this experience is all about slowing down and enjoying the process.

Your ticket includes your choice of pottery – a dinner plate, pasta bowl, or mug – along with expert guidance from our potters, a goody bag, and full glazing and firing. Once completed, your finished piece will be fired to be food safe with a beautiful glossy finish and sent to you by post.

Choose your pottery and be guided through the decorating process by our experienced potters.

Your piece is glazed and fired professionally, ready to use and enjoy.

Cancellation policy

All event bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is cancelled by us.

Once a booking is made, your space is secured and removed from sale. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason including (but not limited to):
        •       Change of mind
        •       Personal circumstances
        •       Illness or injury
        •       Travel disruption
        •       Work commitments
        •       Childcare issues
        •       No-shows
        •       Late arrivals

You are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person if you notify us in advance with their full details.


If We Cancel

On rare occasions, we may need to cancel or postpone an event due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to:
        •       Severe or unsafe weather conditions (e.g. storms, high winds)
        •       Electrical or power failure
        •       Venue issues
        •       Staff illness or operational shortages
        •       Health & safety concerns
        •       Supplier failure
        •       Government restrictions
        •       Any other unforeseen circumstances that make the event unsafe or unviable

If we cancel the event, you will be offered:
        •       A full refund to your original payment method or
        •       The option to transfer to a rescheduled date (if applicable)

Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by us.


Weather Policy

Our community events go ahead in most weather conditions.

Refunds will not be issued for rain, cold weather, or other unfavourable conditions where it is deemed safe to proceed.

If weather conditions are considered unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel in line with the policy above.
