If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we are more than happy for the goods to be returned to us for a full refund or exchange. We offer a 14-day returns policy on the basis the following conditions have been met:

Proof of Purchase

A proof of purchase must be submitted before we can accept a return / exchange or refund.

Tanning Mitt & Tan Eraser

The Tanning Mitt & Tan Eraser have not been worn, tampered with, coloured or removed from the packaging, for hygiene reasons.

Tanning products

Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty – this does not affect your statutory rights.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so ensure it’s packed up securely and will not be damaged in transit, we would recommend returning the item by recorded delivery. Please note we are unable to refund postage charges. A refund can take up to two weeks during busy periods. And the full refund amount will be the full product price at the time of purchase.
