Your contract for purchases made through this web site lies with Tanya Whitebits Ltd.
No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Tanya Whitebits Ltd unless and until Tanya Whitebits Ltd accepts your order by e-mail confirming and that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered.
You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it for your own records, as this is your proof of purchase, we hold no responsibility for storing your order details in our database.
As soon as we accept your order, you will automatically receive an email to state that your order has been shipped. This means the order has either been shipped there and then or has been scanned to ship in the next 24 hours.
We check the orders one final time before they are out of the door. If there are any problems with the orders, a member of the team will contact you and let you know as soon as they can. Please refer to the Shipping and Returns Policy for information on shipping to your area.
Tanya Whitebits Ltd will not pass on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party, and will be used only on secure servers at the time of payment.
You undertake that all details you provide to Tanya Whitebits Ltd for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.
If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Tanya Whitebits Ltd as soon as possible, however, if your order has already been picked or packed in our warehouse we cannot guarantee to update your order prior to shipping.
In the unlikely event that your goods have been lost in transit, we are unable to refund or resend goods until we have been completed our enquiries. We deem items to be ‘lost’ if you have not received them after 15 working days of them being sent. Our enquiries can take up to 7 working days as a trace will need to be issued to track your goods. In most circumstances this will be resolved sooner.
SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGES
Please note, our subscription packages caries a 90 day no cancellation policy. After 90 days, you are able to cancel should you not wish to carry on with your subscription.
Once signed up, you cannot change your preferred shade of mousse. If you want to change your shade, subscriptions need to be cancelled and a second sign up needs to be purchased with preferred shade.
PRODUCTS
Terms and Conditions for selling on eBay, Amazon and other bidding sites;
Tanya Whitebits products MUST NOT be sold alongside any other brands. We do not permit complimentary/free items to be advertised with any of our products.
If the recommend retail price is lower than suggested, we may decide it is in the Companies and our Stockists best interests to cease supplying goods to you with immediate effect.

Every order is checked with the card issuer to ensure the details you have supplied match with those on the card issuer’s database. I.e. Name or address, postcode, major fluctuations in spending patterns etc. All fraudulent activities are followed up fully unlike other ecommerce sites, and have an individual fraud department that liaises with the police/fraud squad on a daily basis.
Please note; If any other name or address other than the name or address registered to the Credit/Debit Card is used when paying, the goods will not be shipped for Our and your (the customers) protection.
