A soulful evening for the skin, the senses – and the sisterhood.
We’re bringing our Tanya Whitebits tribe together for a beautiful community sound bath event with Laura from Dear soul holistic therapies designed to reset, reconnect and radiate positive energy from the inside out. This is part of our Self Love series which we plan to roll out at different locations.
Expect deep relaxation through a soothing sound bath to calm the nervous system and restore balance – no experience needed, just bring yourself and a willingness to slow down.
Afterwards, stay for:
– A nourishing Very Berry juice (which includes strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, cranberry, apple, mango, lime), all the berries are packed with vitamin C, fibre, and yummy factors. Rich in anti-oxidants and great for the skin. This will leave you feeling energised.

– A chance to connect, chat, and meet fellow members of the Tanya Whitebits tribe.
And of course, everyone will leave with a FREE Tanya Whitebits Goody Bag including:

This is more than an event – it’s a feel-good moment for the mind, body, and bronzed glow.

We can’t wait to see you there.
What is a sound bath?
A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, immersive experience where you’re “bathed” in healing sounds and vibrations. It’s not a physical bath – you lie down, usually in a quiet, dim space, and listen as a facilitator plays soothing instruments. Here’s what to expect:
Before the Sound Bath
– You’ll lie down on a yoga mat or blanket, sometimes with cushions, eye pillows, or bolsters for comfort.
– Wear comfy clothes and bring water – and maybe a blanket, as your body temperature can drop when deeply relaxed.
– The facilitator might start with breathwork, meditation, or setting an intention.
During the Sound Bath
Instruments may include:
Crystal or Tibetan singing bowls
– Gongs
– Chimes
– Drums or tuning forks
– Ocean drums, rain sticks, or voice
The sounds move in waves, creating a “sonic landscape” that promotes deep rest.
You don’t need to do anything but receive and relax – some people drift into sleep or a dreamlike state.
How It May Feel
– Physical sensations like tingling, warmth, or floating
– Emotional release – some people cry, others laugh or feel profound peace
– Mental clarity or spaciousness
– Vivid visuals or colors behind closed eyes
– Or simply a gentle sense of calm and reset
After the Sound Bath
You may feel:
– Deeply relaxed or sleepy
– Clear and light
– Emotional or introspective
Drink water, ground yourself, and avoid rushing into activity.
Integration might take time – it’s normal to feel effects for hours or days afterward.
Who It’s For
– Great for stress, anxiety, burnout, insomnia, and emotional tension.
– Not recommended for those with sound sensitivities, epilepsy, or some mental health conditions – always check with the facilitator if unsure.
